Question: I have just paid. What are the next steps to get started?

  1. Check your email: You will receive login credentials to classroom.edyoda.com within the next 24 hours on your registered email ID.
  2. Login to classroom: Use the credentials to log in to classroom.edyoda.com.

  1. Schedule your batch: Once logged in, you can schedule your batch or cohort based on your availability.

Question: When are my LIVE classes starting, or how do I schedule my batch?

Follow these steps to schedule and join your LIVE classes:

  1. Log in to classroom.edyoda.com: Use your credentials to access the platform.
  2. Select your program: Choose the Micro Degree you want to schedule.
  3. Schedule your batch:
    • Click on "Schedule Batch."
    • You can choose from:
      • A currently running batch (you’ll get access to previous session recordings).
      • An upcoming batch.
  4. Join the LIVE session: On the day of the session, a "Join LIVE Session" button will appear on the homepage. Simply click it to join the class.

Question: How do I join LIVE classes?

1. Make sure you have scheduled your batch. Here is how, if you haven’t - link

2. If your LIVE class is scheduled for today, you should see - “Join LIVE Session”

3. If your LIVE class isn’t today. This is where your start date will be visible.

Question: How do I access study materials?

  1. If you want to access study materials before scheduling the batch. Select the micro degree & click on Study Materials - “View Content”.
  2. Make sure that you select the module named Study Material. Click on Pre-watch videos tab
     

 

  1. If you want to access study materials after scheduling the batch. Choose the micro degree & click on view course

Question: How do I access LIVE classes recordings?

1. Choose the micro-degree for which you wish to access session recordings. Don't click on Study Material module. Under "session recording" tab, session recordings will be there.

Question: How long are the recordings available?

LIVE class recordings will be available for a minimum of 2 years. You can request an extension by paying an additional yearly subscription of $25. EdYoda reserves the right to approve or deny extension requests.


 

Question: My LIVE classes are overlapping, how do I unschedule my LIVE classes?

Mail support@edyoda.com with all the details. Don't forget to mention the batches from which you wish to unenroll yourself.


 

Question: I couldn't attend a single LIVE classes, how do I join the next upcoming batch?

Mail support@edyoda.com with all the details. Every batch has limited seats. We discourage wasting seats with others on the waiting list. You will have to pay 15% of the course fees to rejoin a new batch. Support will share the payment link on your confirmation.


 

Question: How do I access LIVE classes from mobile?

Learners are not encouraged to login to classroom.edyoda.com from mobile. However, in a situation where you don't have an option, here is how you do it. Please use the link:  [ https://classroom.edyoda.com/login ]. 

To go to the Desktop mode, please click on the 3 dots in your browser as shown in the 1st image below, then click on the Desktop site option as shown in the 2nd image.

 

                                 


 

Question: My course shows - No cohorts available. What do I do?

This can happen when a course, curriculum or content goes for review. Please wait for 7-10 days for cohorts to be available again. Drop mail to support@edyoda.com, if you need any further information.


 

Question: How do I download my Certificate?

1. Choose the right micro degree: Click on “View Course” for the one for which you want to download the certificate.

2. Check your certificate: Go to "Certifications" and open the certificate.


 

Question: How many times can I appear Mock Exams?

The mock test series consists of at least 10 exams. Once you finish all the exams, you may request support@edyoda.com.

Question: How do I correct my name in certificate?

Follow these steps to update your name on the certificate:

  1. Click on the profile icon: Open classroom.edyoda.com and click on your profile icon.

  1. Update your profile: A profile update popup will appear. Complete the details with the correct name or any other information.

  1. Refresh the page: After updating, refresh the page. And click on “View Course” for the one for which you want to download the certificate.

  1. Check your certificate: Go to "Certifications" and open the certificate.


Save the updated certificate: The corrected name should now appear on the certificate. Save it for future use.
